Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ (/ˈobu̹/ /ˈʊvʊ/ [off white] [trouble; problem]) is a subtropical Large City located in the Temmī̄f Principality of the Lallalo.
The name Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ is derived from the Sylvin language, as Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ was founded by Seren, who was culturaly Rattu.
Climate
Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ has a yearly average temperature of 5°C (41°F), with its average temperature during the summer being an icy 23°C (73°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold -13°C (9°F). Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ was founded durring the late 12th century in fall of the year 1088, by Seren. The establishment of Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Seren electing to pay people to resettle in Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ.
Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ was built using the conventions of Rattu durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ is buildings are built arround a single premissive paverstone mainstreet which forms a counterclockwise spiral to give the city a over all circular shape. The city is defended by arcane means. It's hard to spot at first, but there's a tell tell shimmer in the air arround Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ, and you can spot the ocasional warding glyph carved into a rock or tree all arround town. These mystical defences are ancient, unknowable, and unassailable by current means... Assuming everything is in working order. Otherwise, the wards are little more than a deathtrap. A look around Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ's natural decorations nor waterways.

Cultural Notes
Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
In Obu̹ Ûvû Kâchyâ snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
